By accessing or using TankHub ("the Service"), operated by C & K Solutions Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is available at tank-hub.app and related domains. These Terms apply to all users, including account administrators, technicians, and any other authorized users.
TankHub is a cloud-based software application designed to help HVAC contractors track refrigerant inventory, log usage events, and maintain compliance records for EPA Section 608 and related regulations.
TankHub is a compliance management tool and does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their operations meet all applicable EPA requirements and other federal, state, and local regulations.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect Your Data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical data.
When you log refrigerant service to equipment with a serial number, TankHub anonymously records the refrigerant data (type, amount, date) in a shared industry ledger. This data contains no company, technician, customer, or pricing information. This shared history helps all TankHub users maintain accurate EPA compliance records and leak rate calculations for equipment they service. By using TankHub, you consent to this anonymous data sharing.
Free Plan: The free tier is provided at no cost with usage limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with reasonable notice.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of active user seats. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by C & K Solutions Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
"TankHub" and associated logos are trademarks of C & K Solutions Inc.
By You: You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support@tank-hub.com.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may request an export of Your Data within 30 days of termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific compliance requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, C & K SOLUTIONS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C & K Solutions Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Texas, and the decision shall be final and binding.
