TankHub started with a simple frustration: keeping track of refrigerant usage shouldn't be this hard.

As HVAC contractors ourselves, we spent years dealing with the same compliance headaches every contractor knows— paper logs that get lost in the truck, spreadsheets that never get updated, and the constant worry about being audit-ready when the EPA comes knocking.

We looked for software that could help, but everything we found was either built for enterprise corporations (with enterprise pricing to match) or was so clunky that our techs refused to use it. We needed something designed for the reality of field work: quick entries on a phone, minimal typing, and instant access to what's on each truck.

So we built it ourselves.

TankHub is the tool we wished we had. It's mobile-first because that's where techs work. It's simple because compliance shouldn't require a training manual. And it's priced fairly because we know what it's like to run a small HVAC business.
